Notes are taken at all Parish Council meetings and these are called Minutes. The minutes are taken and written up by the Clerk who then presents them to the parish council to approve at the next Parish Council meeting.

Meetings are held every other month and approved minutes therefore take 2 months to be published. Where the minutes contain material with a deadline, they are published unapproved.

The Clerk retains copies of the minutes which are archived every ten years and held at Surrey History Centre. The History Centre has copies dating back to the beginning of the 20th Century.

This site has minutes and agendas dating back to 2010 and latterly, reports (annexes) that were referred to at the meetings.
